Unpublish or delete a report in the Wrepit portal

You can remove a report from public view by making it private, or permanently delete it from the Wrepit portal. Which option you choose depends on whether you want to keep the report internally or remove it entirely.

Option 1: Unpublish a report (make it private)
Use this option if you want to remove the report from public access but keep it in your workspace.

  1. Open the publication in the Wrepit portal.

  2. Go to Publish settings.

  3. Set the publication to Private.

Important:

  • The report will no longer be publicly accessible.

  • The publication URL is not freed and cannot be reused.

Which option should I choose?

  • Make private → Hide the report but keep it for internal use

  • Delete permanently → Remove the report entirely and free the URL
