"Unable to connect to SharePoint" in Drafts Word
How to give Wrepit access to the SharePoint site your document is stored on.

What you see
The add-in shows a page titled Unable to connect to SharePoint with the message:
Wrepit has not been granted access to this SharePoint site, or the connection to it is temporarily down.
The page may also show the address of the SharePoint site.
Why this happens
Wrepit needs permission from your organisation to read documents on a SharePoint site. If the site your document is stored on hasn't been given access, Wrepit can't connect to it. More rarely, the connection to SharePoint is temporarily down.
How to fix it
- Send the site address shown on the page to your IT administrator and ask them to give Wrepit access to that SharePoint site. See security guide sent by email.
- Or, if you know Wrepit already has access to another SharePoint site, move the document there and open it from the new location.
- When access is in place, click Refresh page.
If no site address is shown, try Refresh page after a few minutes, since the connection may just be temporarily down.
