# “No Active Workspace Found” in Drafts
## What to do when you're signed in but not a member of a workspace yet.
**Applies to:** Drafts Word, Drafts Excel
**Help center category:** Troubleshooting › Sign-in and access
### What you see
After signing in, the add-in shows a page titled **No Active Workspace Found** with the message:
> *Your account is not assigned to any workspace.*
### Why this happens
You are signed in to Wrepit, but your account isn’t a member of any workspace yet. This usually means that:
- you haven’t been invited to a workspace yet,
- you have been invited, but haven’t accepted the invitation, or
- your access to the workspace has been removed or not set up yet.
### How to fix it
1. Check your email (including spam/junk) for an invitation from Wrepit, and accept it.
2. If you can’t find an invitation, ask your workspace administrator to invite you. Make sure they use the same email address you sign in with.
3. When you have accepted the invitation, click **Refresh page** in the add-in.
