"No Access to Publication" in Drafts

How to get added to the publication a document is connected to.

What you see

When you open a document, the add-in shows a page titled No Access to Publication with the message:

You do not have access to the publication associated with this document.

Why this happens

The document is connected to a publication in Wrepit, and you haven't been added to that publication. Being a member of the workspace isn't enough: you need to be invited to each publication you work on. This also applies to workspace owners.

 

How to fix it

  1. Ask the owner of the publication, or your workspace administrator, to add you to the publication in the Wrepit portal.

  2. When you have been added, click Refresh page in the add-in.

If you are a workspace owner, you can add yourself to the publication in the portal.
