Navigating the Wrepit portal
The Wrepit Portal is your workspace for uploading reports, managing your team, and publishing online publications. From here, you can organize everything. From report drafts to brand settings and alanytics
Your workspace
Your workspace is the home base for your company's publications. In it you'll find:
- A list of publications you collaborate on
- A button to create new publications
- Controls to edit, preview, and view your drafts and published reports.

Workspace roles and privileges
Each workspace has members with different access levels:
| Role | Can do |
| Owner | Full control, including access to all publications |
| Admin | Invite members, manage workspace design, and change privileges |
| Member | Create and edit publications you collaborate on |
| Reader | View shared publications |
Note: Workspace members are not the same as collaborators. Collaborators are assigned to specific publications.
Publications
Every publication in Wrepit has three stages:
- Draft – your editable working version
- Active publication – The live version visible to your audience
- Old revisions – Automatically saved versions og previously published reports.
Collaboration vs. sharing
You can either collaborate internally or share externally- Collaborators work inside the workspace (as Editors, Publishers, or Viewers)
- Sharing makes the report accessible to others via a link, either public or private
Sharing options:
- Public: Anyone can view your report at its URL.
- Private: Only specific, authenticated users can access it.
- Anyone with link: Open access to anyone with the URL.
Workspace Owners automatically have Publisher rights for all reports.
