# "Error loading user information" in Drafts
## What to do when the add-in can't load your user details.
**Applies to:** Drafts Word, Drafts Excel
What you see
The add-in shows Error loading user information with the message:
> *Your session may have expired. Try signing out and back in.*
### Why this happens
The add-in couldn't load your user details from Wrepit. The most common reason is that your sign-in session has expired, for example if Word or Excel has been open for a long time.
### How to fix it
1. Sign out of the add-in and sign back in.
2. If that doesn't help, close Word or Excel completely, open it again and reopen the add-in.

If you still see the message after signing in again, [contact support](https://portal.wrepit.net/support). Let us know which document you had open and which workspace and taxonomy you use, since the message can also appear when there's a problem with the taxonomy the document is connected to.
