"Wrepit could not find this document's location" in Drafts Word
What to do when Wrepit can't find your document in SharePoint.

The add-in shows one of these pages:
- Wrepit could not find this document's location
- Wrepit could not find this document in SharePoint
Why this happens
"…could not find this document's location": Your document is saved in SharePoint and Wrepit can reach the site, but can't work out which document library the file is in. This usually means your SharePoint folder setup is one Wrepit doesn't recognise yet. This is a fault on Wrepit's side, not a problem with your SharePoint access, so your IT department doesn't need to change anything.
"…could not find this document in SharePoint": Wrepit found the document library, but not the document itself at that address. This usually happens when the file has recently been renamed or moved.
How to fix it
If the page says "…could not find this document's location":
- Copy the address shown on the page.
- Contact support and send us the address. We can fix it from our side.
If the page says "…could not find this document in SharePoint":
- If you recently renamed or moved the file, undo that and open it again, or open the file from its new location in SharePoint so Word picks up the new address.
- Click Refresh page.
- If the address on the page still looks right, send it to support.
