# "Account Setup Incomplete" in Drafts
## How to finish signing up so the add-in recognises your account.
**Applies to:** Drafts Word, Drafts Excel
### What you see
The add-in shows a page titled Account Setup Incomplete with the message:
> *Your account has not been fully initialized. You need to complete your signup process.*
### Why this happens
Your Wrepit account has been created, but the signup hasn't been completed. Until it is, the add-in can't recognise you as an active user. This is common for new users who open Word or Excel before they have signed in to the Wrepit portal for the first time.
### How to fix it
1. Find the invitation email you got when you were added to the workspace (check spam/junk too), and click the link to finish signing up.
2. Or go to the [Wrepit portal](https://portal.wrepit.net/) and complete signup with the same email address you were invited with.
3. Go back to the add-in and click Refresh page. You may be asked to sign in again.
